1. This warranty will be registered to the original purchaser upon receipt of their completed warranty form as attached.
The warranty is transferable to one subsequent purchaser provided the subsequent purchase occurs within two years of the original owners purchase and that purchase is also registered by completing a new registration form available from our website, www.aakronboats.com within 3 months of the date of purchase.

2. Each new Aakron Inflatable Boat is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship and that the base fabric and seams will not fail but will remain fit for their purpose for a period of 5 years from the date of the original purchase, provided that the boat has been stored under-cover and protected from sunlight and the elements at all reasonable times when not in use.

3. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, accidental damage, over-pressurization, commercial use including charter use, neglect, racing, or lack of maintenance, fading or oxidation or other damage caused by ultra-violet radiation or sun damage, fuel and solvents. Nor does it cover the use or abuse of any accessory. Defects that are the result of normal wear and tear will not be considered manufacturing defects under this warranty.

4. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages of any nature, loss of time, inconvenience or loss of income, or any other costs of any type consequent to any claim under this warranty. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Under no circumstances will any person be entitled to a sum greater than the purchase price of the boat or malfunctioning part.

5. Claims shall be made under this warranty by delivering the boat during normal working hours for inspection by the Supplier or its nominated agent who will either do the repairs or arrange for the inspection and repair, provided such service is covered under this warranty. The purchaser shall pay for the cost of any transport of the products. The Supplier will not be responsible for any products damaged in transit. If the service/repair needed is not covered by this warranty the purchaser shall pay for all related labor, materials and any other associated expenses required to fix the problem. Any boat or parts shipped to the Supplier or agent must be shipped with freight prepaid and insured. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from any unauthorized attempts to repair or from any use not in accordance with the instruction manual.

• You must contact us by email for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns will not be accepted without the RMA number.
  
  6. The Supplier's obligations under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing (at the Suppliers sole discretion) any defective part. The Supplier reserves the right to improve or modify any boat or part without assuming any obligation to modify any other boat or part previously manufactured or supplied.
  
  7. This warranty is intended to be additional to any rights the purchaser may have pursuant to any ‘fair trading' laws applicable in the country or state of purchase.
  
  Note: In the interests of obtaining the longest life from your investment it is recommended that the boat and accessories be hosed down with fresh water after use and stored in a cool (not freezing) dry place out of the sun and weather, while being slightly deflated. Sun-covers are available from AAKRON Boats at very reasonable prices including UV Protectorant sprays.
  
  Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of this product from the original date of purchase, and to one subsequent purchaser meeting the requirements of Clause 1 above.
  
  AAKRON Inflatable Boats and its subsidiary companies reserves the right to change this warranty at any time.
